energy efficient hot dirty gas burner
As a direct coal combustion transition approach, hot dirty gas generator has been widely used in various furnaces. Since the unclean gas has high temperature, low pressure and high dust and tar volume, our company has absorbed the characteristics of many other types of gas burner and developed several types of hot dirty generator gas burner.
They can be used mainly for heating, heat treatment furnace, drying furnace, hot air furnace, sintering furnaces, rotary kilns, tunnel kilns, boilers and other furnaces.
Working characters:
Hot dirty gas burner use unclean hot dirty gas as fuel, and the combustion air is injected in multi-swirl stream to mix with gas. Then, it has stable combustion, shorter flame, strong heating capacity and high-temperature combustion zone. As the air pressure is higher than the gas pressure, high-speed air can absorb the gas in proportion, and the burner itself has automatically adjustment ability. The burner has small size, light weight, good sealing effect, and easy installation.
