SILO MV200
SILO MV200 can be used to directly collect in1,000 kg bags disposable powder from portable or trolley-mounted extinguishers, whether pressurised or not, without risks of leaks and environmental pollution. Controls are easily accessible to operators. The collection rate is approximately 3,000/4,000 kg of powder per day.The system is fitted with a vacuum pump with a capacity of 150 or 200 m3/h with counter andreservoir made in reinforced sheet with a thickness of 5 mm, that enables the system to be used continuously for 8 hours without overheating problems. It can be used to empty pressurised and non pressurised reservoirs, whether portable or trolleymounted, without risks of leaks and environmental contamination.It is fitted with three discharge fittings: 1 aluminium pipe for non pressurised reservoirs; 1 quick fitting with high pressure hose for trolley-mounted reservoirs; 1 rubber flanged diaphragm with calibrated hole that enables portable extinguishers to be emptied without removing the hose. The system is also fitted with a device that prevents the discharge valve from opening if vacuum is detected in the reservoir.
COMPONENTS
• 1 storage bin with a capacity of 1,300/1,000 kg, stove enamelled, fitted with self-cleaning filter and
manual ball valves
• 1 pneumatic butterfly valve, DN 250, for the emptying of storage bins
• Powder shaking system based on compressed air
• 1 console for the pneumatic valves
• 1 electric junction box with start/stop button, voltage/motor on lamps and main switch
• 1 vacuum pump, lubricated with oil bath, 380 V - 160 or 200 m3/h with additional safety filter
• 1 pipe with quick fitting for the emptying pressurised extinguishers
• 1 flexible pipe with 2 aluminium hoses of varying diameter for the removal of residual powder
• 1 rubber flanged connection for the direct discharge of extinguishers
