Before you choose an ice cream machine type , you must select well and carefully that the machine is with Ampere Control System or Speed Control System. If it is Ampere Control System, you must be mind of the unstable voltage ,this will cause serious problems for ice cream machine in unstable voltage area. If it is Speed Control System, this one is ok for all areas. But the precision of viscosity for ice cream not exactly 100% display like Ampere. But this system is popular all worldwide.

1>Size Bigger
Table top model with size 560*715*780mm

Q:Why choose bigger size ?
A:bigger size means with more space inside machine which is better for air circulation and copper winding. Like the famous brand TALOR ice cream machine ,all are with bigger base.
2>Compressor
Our first choice is Panasonic which we have used a lot on our ice cream machine for domestic market and oversea market like Indonesia ,South Africa ,Chile , Philippine, Vietnam, USA, Canada, England, Iraq etc with sub tropical area to tropical area. Panasonic in those countries all perform well.
Our second choice is Embraco Aspera, this brand we use under requirement but we do not recommend duo to its high cost and no warranty in market. The cost is more than budget. And in fiddy’s last 10 years experience , many friends still get problems with this brand compressor and still cannot analysis what cause the problems without embrace aspera company support.
3>Condenser
We use full copper condenser while many other ice cream machine factories start to use aluminum pipe as heat exchanger conductor. Two copper pipe inlets and single copper pipe outlets for copper anti-shake design.
4> Gear box
Metal gears used on my ice cream machines while many other factories use plastic gear for cost consideration. Metal gears are about triple times cost higher than plastic. Metal gears cause less noise and stable performance on speed control than plastic.
Casting mould are for leakage protection on gear box, all our gear box body part never get leaked.
5> PCB board and Indicator
Miken ice cream machine PCB board get a function to automatically recognize the rotate speed on wheels. This function makes speed control system more functionalize in different area and situation.
Many functions like below you can read by indicator :1.low voltage protection 2.speed verification adjust nes record 4.standby time set 5.speed recognition 6.operation mode with pre-cooling or without pre-cooling system.7.temperature 8.trouble shot 9.shift for hardness and softness
All these functions are well implemented in the PCB board and Indicator
6>Air pump
Miken ice cream machine if installed with air pump can work more efficiently on more overrun of ice cream. There is a test about the overrun about 20 to 30% higher.
Our air pump works only when press “freeze” button. It works 8 seconds and stop 8 seconds for a better life span of this system . other factories install air pump and never stop once switch on machines .
7>Motor position can be adjust to make a proper tight belt
You can screw up or down to re-fix motor position to adjust a proper tight belt. Motor another side mounted with rubber fixer for noise cut
8>Imported material on O ring for a smooth friction and easy press down handle
9>Anti-crack discharger design and all new imported ABS used on discharger
10>Less gap between beater and internal of cylinder for a better taste
