2. There is 1% total value free spare parts with each order
3. For some special requirements ,we would ask you to take photos or video to show as proof for us as evidence to fulfill our after sales promise
Packing & Delivery
There are three types of packages like below :1. 5-7layer carton box
2. carton box with wooden frame outside3. wooden crate
Shipping Type: if it is a LCL shipment, we advise you to take by 2 and 3 packing way
If it is a FCL shipment, all three types of packing way are acceptable
We strongly recommend you to take our equipments by FCL shipment to save costs and loading space. Because we have many kinds of large equipment to small equipments for loading. We are pleased to offer loading project for you to cut off loading cost and wastes in space

Each item with 10pcs is ok for our MOQ, because normally we quote under Fob, If less than our MOQ requirement ,we will charge extra for local charge
B:What is the warranty? And how do you fulfill it ?
We offer 1 year warranty. Each order we will send 1% total value spare parts and for some special requests we will need proof to show for us as evidence
C: What is your product quality compare to other suppliers in china ?
These years we invest a lot on manufacturing equipments like laser cutting machine to make our craftworks better and we test everything machine before delivery
D: What is your payment method ?
If LCL shipment ,we prefer to take full payment , if FCL shipment, we would like to take 30% as deposit and 70% balance against loading
E:Do you accept OEM ?Yes ,sure ,we do OEM works since our establishment.
