Specifications
Milling machine for trimming top side, slope, side, bottom side flange of nonmetal and metal product, such as plastic, foam, wooWith the industrial robot and CNC modular design, this machine can clamp formed part at one time to process polyhedron via five-axis, which can avoid the different datum and position error caused by fixing the clamp formed repeatedly. The A-Axis can make 360 ° horizontal rotation and the C-axis can make 360 ° normal direct rotation, realizing the spherical motion of the cutting head on C-axis. Its suitable for processing the formed part from top, slope, side and bottom. The C-axis power output spindle equipped with various kinds of cutting tools, realizing drilling, reaming, boring and threading based on the path posited by the five-axis. Meanwhile fixing the grinding wheel on the C-axis power output spindle can make the five-axis CNC abrasive grinding and polishing with the shape available, which compensate for the deficiency of the milling machine and strengthen the flexibility. It also can equip double output spindle driving motor and two cutters, these two cutters can interchangeable when processing, which save the time for changing the cutter, improve the efficiency, reduce the machine cost and non-metal products processing cost.
