  4.Customers place a large sample’s order(This order’s quantity is usually too little ,between 20- 200meters,Customers will according to large samples quality to decide whether can place bulk order)

  5.Factory make large samples.

  6.Customers place bulk orders.

  7.Factory arrange produce bulk.

Production process

1. Procarement of cotton yarn
2. Loose or slack warp yarn-cotton production production will be tightly wound into a slack-style cheese or pine-type beam.
3. Dyeing,make dyed yarn.
4. Warping-the yarn from the bobbin on the winding to the shaft,generated by axis(thin-axis)
5. Sizing-Build Organization axis.
6. Fully inserted through reeds.
7. Weaving .
8. Inspection and repair.

10. Inspection and packing
