Can use padding, dipping to process.
 Padding process:
    RL-1:20-40g/L
    Padding → drying(80-100°C).
Dipping process:
    RL-1:2-4%(o.w.f)
    Fabrics→dipping (20-30 minutes) →dehydration (reclaim the solution, then add
    to the dipping tank) → drying (80-100°C)
