Brief Introduction
KS-WPC Sheet is one product of Kingstar PVC series. It is produced with such raw material as PVC resin and wood flour which mixed at certain ratio, added with special additives by advanced formula, foamed and extruded at high temperature finally to form sheet. It has the sense of wood, but it is waterproof. It can completely replace wood, plywood, poly-board, shaving board and even MDF. Due to its special characteristics, it is widely to use in many field: Construction, building and upholstering, furniture for office, family, particularly for kitchen & bathroom cabinet, advertising, traffic and transit, industry and others field.
KS-WPC Sheet is a new mateiral for both inside or outside decoration. It has hard and smooth surface, whcih can be laminated by various materials such as PVC film, impregnated paper, etc. It opens a new world of decoration, the laminated board is not only waterproof, UV resistant and anti-corrosion, but also special and beautiful. WPC sheet is like wood, but it is much better than wood.

Main Characteristics:
1. Environmental Friendly: KS-WPC does not have any benzene, lead and the formaldehyde discharge.
2. Energy Saving: because KS-WPC is made from the waste lumber, so we can get hige-usage of the lumber. However, in the physical characteristics, it has a low thermal conductivity as the lumber, which means it can prevent heat in summer and keep heat in winter.
3. Waterproof, wet proof, corrosion protection, shape keeping: KS-WPC can solve the problem that the wood may cause, such as corrosion in moisture environment, explosion, cracking, shape changing.
4. Weather-resistance: it can stand the temperature between -30°C to +70°C , non-deformation, aging-resistant.
5. Fire retardant: KS-WPC can automatically extinguish by itself and meet the standard of GB/B1.
6. Good mechanical performance: KS-WPC can be cut, hammered, drilled, sawed, turned and glued. Suitable for thermoforming.
7. Borer proof: KS-WPC can get rid of insect.
8. Perfect chemical resistance, good resistance to light, UV & weathering.
