KINGSTAR WPC BOARD is one product of Kingstar Plastic sheet series. It is made by PVC resin and wood powder at a certain ratio, added with special additives and extruded at high temperature. It has the sense of wood, but it is harder and smoother, waterproof, UV-resist and anti-corrosion. It can completely replace wood, plywood, poly-board, shaving board and MDF. It is widely used in many fields: construction shuttering, building and upholstering, furniture, especially for the cabinet in kitchen & bathroom, advertising, traffic and transit, industry, etc.

Applications:

1. Outdoor uses: summerhouse; chairs; fence; floor

2. Vehicles: inner decoration for the automobile, fan casing, meter rack, heat insulator material

3. Decoration: prefab, window frame, door plate, concrete template, wall, ceiling, floor, furniture

4. Advertisement: lettering boards, signs, display

5. Others: frame of the agricultural large house and the barrel, the junk for fishing, the aquatic product box, gunstock, racket, skis, the stage things and various models

6. KS-WPC Shuttering sheet: As its surface is mirror-like smooth, it is good as construction shuttering board. It does not need release agent, and it could be circled used more than 50 times. The surface of the concrete wall is flat and smooth, which does not need to be painted again, so the cost by using WPC shuttering sheet is lower than plywood.

7. Good mechanical performance: cut, hammered, drilled, sawed, turned, glued, bended, printed, oiled, thermoforming.

8. Borer proof: KS-WPC can get rid of insect.

9. Perfect chemical resistance, good resistance to light, UV & weathering.

10. Good Impact strength: KS-WPC Shuttering Sheet: An entire 1220*2440*15mm sheet dropped from 12m high place, no break, nor shapeless.
