The temperature can be lowered from 1700°C to 100°Cafter coating12mm GD-1.
The heat loss will be not more than 30% in external surface of hearth kiln only with 6 mm of GD-1 .
The surface with the coating will be smooth and reflect IR from fire, so it can decrease the loss
of absorbing heat, and the temperature will be higher , and the energy will be saved.
Below zero 30 °C, the temperature of case with 10mm GD-1 will not over 0°C.
There is no chlorine ion in the coating, so can prevent or in the process of wet chloride and
sulfide in air l can’t contact the metal surface to get good anti-corrosion for metal surface also won’t lead to metal welding embrittlement.
The insulation coefficients is very high, so it has good insulation effect in room temperature
and high temperature .
The coating also can be fire retardant, different requirement different thickness, the things
with the coating can be barbecued and deform, the things can be protected.
[Caution]
Every time thickness is about 1 mm, two hours later after evaporation of water fully, then the
coating can be coated repeatedly.
