Product Name:Oil resistant textile auxiliary
Product Description:
R-001 is a textile auxiliary added to fabrics at the factory to make them water resistant (hydrophobic),oil resistant. and stain/dust/dirt resistant. R-001 also can prevent the outer layer of fabric from becoming saturated with water.
Meanwhile it enhance textile products' abilility to resist oil, water and dust with good wash resistance.
Features:
1.After treated with R-001, fabric will achieve a significant ability to prevent water,oil , also anti-stain and
anti-bacterial. So clothing and home textile products can avoid to be polluted, it's good at keep clean. Moreover,
this effect can keep for a long time, even after wash for many times.
2.Compare to the general coating water repellent process, this product can get an excellent air permeability,
little change to the fabric color, appearance and other properties. Little affect on hand feeling.While treated with
non-iron finish at the same time, they won't affect each other.
3.This product is environmental friendly and non-toxic.
Application
In the practice,Oil resistant textile auxiliary can be used in dipping and padding method.
The process flow of dipping method as follow:
Dipping → drying → curing
Dosage(addtion proportion):
Cotton or polyester / cotton: 40 ~ 60g / L
Polyester: 10 ~ 30g / L (based on the nature of the fabric)
Nylon: 15 ~ 50 g / L (based on the nature of the fabric)
( It can be adjusted by your requirements for washing times)
Drying temperature: 110 ~ 130 °C for 2 ~ 3min (according to the nature of the fabric)
Notice:
1. In order to ensure a better treatment effect , please treat the fabric well in the pre-treatment process. The fabric surface must be dry, clean, no residual chemicals and other substances;
2.This product must be mixed evenly before use, please use qualified printing and dyeing water.
3.This product is non-toxic and harmless, please prevent it splashing into eyes or contacting with mucous
membranes and skin. When the above situation happen, please washing with a lot of water.
