The Product is made of conductive macromoleclar polymer , ITO and other material, so it is a transparent coating with the super-low R and super visible transmission. Under the 100nm-200 nm light, the R on PET conductive film can reach 80Ω.cm~400Ω.cm, and visible light transmission is over 80%—85%, its function is long term, the R will not be affected by the change of humidity and temperature. For low-carbon and environment free, the product adopts water system with harmlessness, no odor, safe and evvironment free, it has stronger addesive on the surface of PET film, glass and Acrylic(PMMA), after hardening treatment at the temperature 130d., the hardness will reach 2-3H.
With the turning up of PTT-03 4( transparent conductive coating ), it can be said that it is a subversive industrial technology revolution to the industry of making transparent conductive film. At present, ITO film are made by magnetron sputter plating in local or abroad, the equipments cost about billions and its cost is very expensive, so it is economic to use PTT-R400 transparent to make all conductive film And the process is simple , the application is very easy.
