Product Characteristic
Efficient antimicrobial, bacteriostatic:This product can combine with protein fibers such as feathers (down) and so on as chemical bond.The processed feathers (down) can inhibit every kind of microbes ,have the efficient antimicrobial and bacteriostatic effect.The antimicrobial and bacteriostatic rate is 99.99%.
Deodorization:This product can not only remove original odor of feathers (down),but also prevent the microbial corrosion during storing,transporting,reprocessing and reusing.
Fluffy: This product contains surfactants.It can rapidly penetrate into feathers (down) interior and make it flexible,silky,fluffy,.It's fluffy degrees of feather can be enhanced about more than 10%.
Antistatic:This product can combine with anion in the feather(down) to reduce the static of feather (down).
Application Range
Used for feathers (down),wool (cashmere),camel hair(ceratoides) and other protein fiber 's finishing to achieve sterilization, antimicrobial, deodorant, fluffy, anti-static.
Usage
This product can be added in the feathers (down) finishing process:After the last rinsing of feathers (down),adjust the water to the standard which the feathers (down) can be brought to spin-drier.The recommended quantity is 2-3% to the water weight.
Process:
First add this product in the plastic bucket,add appropriate amount of water to dilute and mix this product,then add this product to the stirring wool scouring machine.Mix evenly to dip for about 5 minutes and then the feathers (down) can be sent to spin-drier,use the drying box to dry the feathers (down)(in the 100 ~ 120 temperature to stay about 10 minutes),at last cooling and packaging.
