[Construction]

 

1. Cleaning glass: clean the foil and oil from the glass surface. .

 

2. Grinding the glass surface with grind paste to ensure the glass with better capacity of adhesion and hydrophilicity

 

3. Washing the glass surface with water, then dry with clean cloth. Please make sure there’s nothing on the glass surface.

 

4. Brushing or pouring with sponge method. If condition, please heat it. The effect would be better.

 

Notice: The environment humidity should be under 75%. If apply in big humidity environment, it would have color change 

 

or effect the transparency..

 

The thickness of coating should be controlled within 4~5um, the construction area: 20
