Thousands of dust mites survive in bed, pillows, blankets, decorative fabrics and carpets, they would create a potent allergen, then cause human acute asthma which is harm for children and elder. So our company develop the anti-mite and antimicrobial agent for textile.

[Product Characteristic]
The product which contains special mothproof compounds can kill and remove mites doubly.According to Parasitic Diseases Prevention and Control Department of China Center for Disease Control's testing,the fabric which processed by this product's knockout rate within 30min mites is 96.15% , drive out rate is 98%, repellency rate within 24h is 98.63%, 48h drive out rate whthin 48h is 100%.
The product which add the antibacterial group can prevent a variety of bacteria, fungi reproduction, cut off the food chain of mites,while have the deodorization function. By testing,the antibacterial rate of staphylococcus aureus is> 99%;
Using the latest technologies of microcapsules which coated by natural polymer, sustained-release effect is good, anti-mite function is long;
Using with couplant can make the anti-mite and antimicrobial agent integrate to the fibre's surface firmly.The washing-resistant is good;
Security, LD50 ≥ 13000/KG (mice) by testing, no stimulating effect to skin;
Applicable to a variety of natural and synthetic fibers.The impact to the fabric's handle,color and other physical target is small.
[Usage]
Anti-mite finishing agent (HZ-FM002) can use padding, dipping, spraying and coating processes to process the fabric, the specific dosage and the treatment are according to the fabric's types, composition and processing equipment. Usually anti-mite finishing and soften finishing are bathing for processing together.If it is used with other products,the testing is needed. In addition that the fabric must be washed cleanly before anti-mite finishing.
Recommended usage: Due to the varied types of processed fabrics,the usage is 2 ~ 3% (owf) normally.
When need for washing-resistance, the adhesive (type and quantity) must be added.
