Textile-specific multi-function nano silver finishing agent
GK-25 is an organic agent by our independent research and development. It has a rapid and strong sterilization effect for the bacteria and fungi growth and breeding. It can be applicable for all kinds of textile fabrics with washing resistance more than 30 times and reach a standard of antibacterial above 99.9%.

Product features
It will not affect fabric feeling and can maintain fabric’s air permeability; will not change fabric’s color, strong color fastness; notable washing resistance property even for PP fiber; safe and environmental protection, no side effect.
Using method
It is widely applicable for various fabrics by exhausting method, immersion method and spraying method. The general dosage is 2-4% but it should adjust according to fabric’s version, composition and application. It is suggested to make a trail test before mix-use with other product.
Exhausting method:
To dissolve and dilute: mix with water then stir rapidly to make as working liquid
Process:
Fabric →Bleaching and dyeing, printing →Baking→ Exhausting with antimicrobial → High temperature stentering mersion method
Process:
Fabric →Immersion →Dehydrating → Baking
Spraying method
Directly to spray with the working liquid.
