1. Can I mix different designs ?
Yes, you can.
2. How does the sleeping bag work ?
You simply zip the bag up the side or front, depending on the style of the bag.
3. How to place order ?
You just need to email us your order list of the items you want, and we will check the total cost with you, you can pay after you confirmed.
4. Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities of an item ?
Yes, the unit price gets lower as order quantity increases.
5. Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind ?
Yes, but you need to tell me asap. If your order has been done in our production line, we cannot change it. It is about 2 days after confirming the order.
6. Can I get the pre-production sample ?
Yes, we will send you pp sample, after you confirm, then we will start production.
7. How can you guarantee the production quality ?
We have our own inspection team to follow the order from start. Fabric inspection--pp sample inspection--prodcution on line inspection--final inspection before shipment. We also accept the third part inspection.
8. What is the lead time ?
Normally 45-60 days. Can negotiate based on order qty and prodcution schedule.
