1. Mill Finish
Mill finish aluminum profiles could be regard as the prototype of aluminum alloy without any processing.
2.Natural Anodizing finish
The aluminum profiles could be reinforced under the process of electrophoretic . In this specific process, the aluminum or its alloy product is placed at the anode in the electrolyte. A thin and uniform oxidized layer will be formed and adhered on the surface of the aluminum product. Anodized surface layer are corrosive resistance, durable and will not flake off even under adverse condition. Surface treatments included dull polishing and shiny polishing. various of colors are available such as silver-white, bronze, gold, champagne, black and imitating the color of stainless steel.
3.Electrophoretic
Electrophoretic Under the principle of reduction and oxidation chemical reactions combining the concept of electrolysis, the oxidized layers could further strengthen. After the specific process, the surface oxidized layers were evenly covered and combined with another water-soluble paint layer made of acrylic acid.
These double layers are extremely durable resistance to weathering, corrosive attack such as acid and alkaline. This aluminum product is also the ideal material to resist slurry corrosion. The aluminum profiles are tough to use for 50 years without corrosion, aging, fading and flaking off. The colorful, brilliant, lubricious and exquisite appearance renders them one of the most popular aluminum products that are widely used in different field.
4.Powder Coating
