Product function and application
1. Sodium Dehydroacetate is new kind of preservative for food afterwards sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, butylparaben, propylparaben, etc..
2. It has good inhibiting to mildew, microzyme, bacteria.
3. It is widely used in the field of beverage, food, feedstuff, etc., to prevent their form going moldy, and then prolong the period of stockpile.
Specifications
1. Sodium Dehydroacetate dissolves in water, glycerin,1,3-propandiol easily, and it’s solution which keeps stabilization at 120°Cis neutral or a little alkaline.
2. Sodium Dehydroacetate , which is up to FCC(IV), is white crystalloin powder with no odor.
3. The product with good sunproof and heat-resistant dissolves in ethanol, acetone slightly.
4. The solution of Sodium Dehydroacetate still keeps stabilization at 120°Cfor more than 2 hours.
