3. If i don't have the vector file, do you also accept my order?
Re:Just show your design to me, our designers can help you to make your vector artwork with free.
4. What's your MOQ? do you accept the sample order before the regular order?
Re:our MOQ is 10pcs. we can accept the sample order before the regular order.
5. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Re:No, not after production has begun.
6. How many days will samples be finished? and how about the mass production?
Re:Generally, 5-7days for sample making
The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc.
7. What kind of payment term do you accept?
