Q: How to get a sample?
A: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.
Q: What about the leading time?
A: In general, the leading time is about 45 to 60 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time
with us as different products and different quantity will have different leading time.
Q: How about the packing and shipping?
A: Normaly, we have carton and foam for packaging. If you have any other special requirements,
please feel free to contact with us.
Q: Can I have our own logo on the products?
A: That's ok to have your own logo on the products. Please contact with us to make sure the
detailed things before placing order.
Q: What is your Payment Terms?
A: For first few trades: 30% Down payment; balance T/T before shipment
For trades after one year: 100% T/T before shipment
For trades after 3 years: Depending on the payment record, we can offer net 15 or net 30 Days
Q: What is your MOQ requirement?
A: A shipment invoice over USD$5,000.00 to avoid a shipping & handing charge of USD$150.00.
