This Series production lines are professional automatic equipments for typing,marking,punching and cutting if angle steel of electric power and telecommnucaiton angle steel tower. Processing Size: Steel type L63X63X4,length with 16M. It includes 6 parts: Material-applying parts,feeding part,principal part, finished production conveyor part, hydraulic power part,electrical control part.
Equipment Features:
1) CNC controll, servo motor drive and hydraulic power offer high efficiency and stable working accuracy.
2) Key hydraulic pneumatic and electically elements are imported from Gemany, Japan, South Korea etc., such as Panasonic servo motor and Mitsubishi PLC.
3) Marking, punching and shearing are all automatically operated.
4) Computer adopts friendly interface and supports manual programming. Easy to operate.
5) Marking unit adopts a closed frame with good rigidity; different punching toolings can be intalled accroding to needs.
6) Hydraulic pipeline is ferrule connected, ensuring high level of working security.
7) Workpiece infeeded by CNC carriage with high accuracy.
8) Double bladder accumulator provides sufficient power.
