Characteristics of our manhole cover:
(A)High intensity:
The manhole cover is made by polymer composite material with steel skeleton, and is moulded under high temperature and pressure. It can hold a ultimate 54 tons according to the test result, which meets and even exceeds the latest criterions in CJ/T211-2005,promulgated by the Ministry of Construction of the People’s Republic of China.
(B)Elegant appearance:
The patterns of the manhole cover are well designed with various colors,which can beautify the environment of the city.
(C)Lighter in weight:
It only weighs one third of the cast iron manhole cover that it’s easier for transportation, installation and emergency repair, Besides, It also lightens labour intensity immensely.
(D)Good anti-theft:
It is made by polymer composite material with no no recycling value that prevent being stolen.It is set with lock structure which can secure the belongings under it. Thus it keeps away these accidents which were caused by the missing of manhole cover.
(E)High durability:
It is made by polymer material which has a larger molecular and better stability, and works under the temperature between 50℃below zero and 150℃above zero with the Scientific formulation advanced skills and Technical equipment.
(F)High precision:
The cover can fit together with the frame perfectly, as it is Moulded under high temperature and pressure. It overcomes the problems of “moving, spring and nosy”, which exist in covers made by cast iron and cement. So it is improves traffic capacity and comforts when drying.
(G)Corrosion-resistance:
According to the test of the National Research & Analysis the Center of Chemical Building Materials, the products is corrosion-resistant and has a 3 level capability of ageing resistance. Thus it has a longer service.
