Our History:
1994: marks the birth of Zhejiang TIANTI. The Dai’s family started the layflat hose manufacturing with only one production line at a leased factory in Shiji Town, Zhejiang Province, named as Shiji Layflat Hose Factory.
1998:marks the beginning of TIANTI by purchasing 5000 M^2 production space in Hongchou West Industrial Park. Soon after finishing construction of new facility, TIANTI officially became Taizhou Tianti Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd with additional 8 discharge hose production lines.
2002:marks a milestone of TIANTI. Thanks to great customer satisfaction and globalization, we at TIANTI added to 15 discharge hose production lines and acquired another 8600 M^2 manufacturing facility at the same Industrial Park.
2003:TIANTI started to focus on international markets by attending Canton Fair and producing customized size products for Southeast Asia markets.
2004:TIANTI celebrates its 10th year anniversary by begenning garden hose, single clear hose and fiber-reinforced hose production to meet international demands from Europe and the Americas.
2005: TIANTI hired more experts and professions to manage productions. We started providing air hoses and gas hoses in the same year.
2006:marks another milestone of TIANTI. TIANTI made land acquisition of 28600 m^2 at Badu Industrial and Innovation Park. Also, by year 2006 we already had 10 garden hose/air hose production lines.
2007:we started new office and factory construction and built an R&D team who successfully developed stripe garden hose and hybrid air hose.
2008:marks the third milestone of TIANTI. We moved to our location now at Badu Industrial & Innovation Park and officially became Zhejiang Tianti Rubber & Plastic Co, Ltd with 15 PVC hose production lines and 20 water discharge hose production lines that has been the leader in the industry.
In 2009, our R&D team successfully invented three-tube spray hose for irrigation systems as well as released brand new packaging and hose accessories.
In 2010, as our R&D capacity continues to grow, we launched PVC non-torsion reinforced hose and premium waster discharge hose for the US market.
In 2011, we at TIANTI began one-step extrusion discharge hose that can roll hoses automatically, who was the earliest adaptor in the market. Also, we became one of only a few manufacturers who can produce 10”and 12” discharge hose.
In 2012, one year later, we added 8 brand new one-step automatic extrusion discharge hose production lines. Premium quality and environmentally friendly hoses are customers’favorite.
In 2003, we launched the hottest ever expandable hose!
In 2014, TIANTI celebrates its 20th anniversary! We continued to bring user-friendly expandable hose connectors and packaging for retailers. In addition, we released our brand new suction hoses.
2015:Today, TIANTI is truly the leading PVC hose manufacturer in China. We will never stop providing the best PVC hose solutions for you!
