LHC Single Cantilever type Welding Machine:
LHC cantilever submerged arc welding machine is used for heavy steel production line and super high H-beam submerged arc welding.The machine structure is cantilever arm table driven type.The machine is composed of working table travel device,cantilever frame,welding arm elevator,horizontal travel device,arc guide device,flux recovery system,automatic submerged arc welding system,electrical control system and etc.The frequency conversion motor driving system,drags the working table move as a unit,drives the guide arc device.The spring extension device make the guide arc device to force guide arc wheel working along the boat shaped seam.Flux recovery system effectively recover,separate used flux,and eliminate useless slag.It can ensure safe reuse of the flux.
