LHC cantilever submerged arc welding machine is used for heavy steel production line and super high H-beam submerged arc welding.The machine structure is cantilever arm table driven type.The machine is composed of working table travel device,cantilever frame,welding arm elevator,horizontal travel device,arc guide device,flux recovery system,automatic submerged arc welding system,electrical control system and etc.The frequency conversion motor driving system,drags the working table move as a unit,drives the guide arc device.The spring extension device make the guide arc device to force guide arc wheel working along the boat shaped seam.Flux recovery system effectively recover,separate used flux,and eliminate useless slag.It can ensure safe reuse of the flux.

SXBH double-cantilever submerged arc welding machine is widely used in large steel structure enterprises and have received a hot of praise from customers.It is mainly for large size steel structure welding,The one arm next to the wall can weld workpiece shorter than 1.8m.While the other one have no limit of the height of work-piece.Only to raise the welding platform supporting frame can make it the right position of working.
