JSSL series bevel gear jack is a basic jack-up part, accomplish the functions such as lifting, drop, push and inverting etc. Can control lifting or adjusting height exactly. It has so many advantages as compact configuration, small size, light weight, no noise, convenient installation, flexible usage, high reliability and stability, also has a long service life and more connection mode etc. Can be driven directly by motor or other power, or manual. Its features as so: self-locking ability, load capacity ranging from 2.5t to 50t, input speed up to 500r/min and lifting speed up to 2.7m/min. It has different configuration type and assembly mode, and the lifting height can highly customized according to user's demand.
It is applied to such fields as machinery, metallurgy, water conservancy, chemical industry, construction, culture and hygiene, medical treatment etc.
Example: lift table of heavy pressure fixed set, reversion set and plastic machine, ladder for installation and servicing, tool crane, to adjust mill table clearance, adjusting tube or sheet material transported location; casting pattern drawing, concrete mold; In metallurgy, to adjust pole, to pour liquid; In construction, used in form board to move equipment and essemble product lifted window, wall, enclosing wall; In culture and hygiene, can lift stage, adjust height of swimming pool floor and adjust height of operation table; In water conservancy, used in draw gate and armour plate of reservoir; in science, to do kinds of motion that people can't do. Especially apply to large-size lift table.
