intelligent lead-acid battery charger is widely used on electric golf cart, sightseeing car,city car .it is a special design product, to meet charger requirement of power battery on the electric vehicle. It uses advanced soft-switch technique, and has features of small size, high efficiency, stability & reliability, and long life.
Advanced and intelligent multi-section charging mode can avoid lack charging or over charging, and reduce water-lose phenomenon because of charging as far as possible, andavoid electrode board vulcanization because of lack charging, to extend battery life cycle greatly.

Protection and advantages
Output short circuit: When accident output short circuit occurs, charger can limit output current, and can automatically recover when short circuit disappears.
Over heat: when inner temperature exceeds 65°C, charger begins to reduce output current automatically, temperature rises 5°C each, then output current reduces 6%. When inner temperature exceeds 90°C, charger stops, overheat LED lights.
Battery reverse connection:When the output of charger is reverselybattery electrode, the charger never starts, and no output. When the connection is right, the charger can start to work automatically.
Intelligent MCU power charging management:can recoganize the battery spec automatically and shift to the right battery spec needs,set up a shcedule depends on battery situation automatically
Repair and protection function:can repair dead battery or old battery,if old battery or long time no use battery can not work,then our this model can repair it autimatically when connected and then can use it again; when full charge,will turn to maintnance mode automatically
Multi current function:can shift to most suitable current according to battery when charging

Operation method
Range of Use
1. This product can be only used with the lead acid battery, which was matching tested before. The detail can be acquired from distributor or factory.
Operation Steps
1. Please place product in the situation of dry and clean, and good ventilation.
2. Check if the input voltage is correct, and confirm that the grounding is good.
3. Connect the charge output with battery, and be sure that the polarity is right. The fan runs, and begins to charge after self-checking.
4. Charger will turn to maintance mode after it finished charging, and display the status of full.
