Brief description:
H-beam auto-assembly machine is a kind of H-beam full-automatic assembly equipment based on
extensive market. Positioning of flange and web is adopted with hydraulic transmission, both sides
clamped and aligned mechanically, ensuring precise positioning of web and flange of different width within specified range. Automatic alignment is accurate, no need to adjust every time.
Supply scope:
1,The main structure: main frame, upper gate frame, synchronous clamping and centralizing system
of web and flange, main transmission motor reducer.
2,Inlet table roller system: active and passive table roller: 2.6m*3sets, tension rod: 3 sets.
3,Outlet table roller system: active and passive table roller: 2.6m*3sets.
4,Hydraulic system: oil bump station, high pressure rubber pipe, and hydraulic cylinder.
5,Electric control system: electric cabinet, AC frequency converter and etc.
6,Clamping system:web and flange automatic clamping;
7,CO2 gas shield welding or manual welding are optional for user.
