 38CrMoAlA and #45 Steel difference:

 

  • 38CrMoAlA is alloy structural  steel 
  • 38CrMoAlA is a kind of special nitrided steel, it need hardening & tempering before nitrided, and hardness is more than HV900, 0.3mm-0.8mm thickness. 
  • 45# is Carbon  structural  steel
