How to Use :-

1. Unfold the plates and connect the plug to a 230 V socket. wait till the indicator light automatically goes OFF.(the light goes off in about 4 minutes)
2. Prepare dough balls of about an inch in diameter, slightly softer than normal. Flatten a ball slightly. Please the ball on the bottom plate (near the joint between the upper and lower plate).
3. Holding the upper plate and the lever, press them down together with a little force.
4. The dough has now been flattened into a perfetly round shape, Leave it on the plate for about 20 Seconds.
5. Flip the Roti over. Leave for about 20 Seconds.
6. When air bubbles begin to form on the surface, turn the roti over again and gently shut the upper plate.
7. After few more seconds, the roti starts puffing up from both sides.
8. Your Roti is ready to Serve......
