Technical characters:
Frequency converter regulating, the machine starts and stops smoothly.
Four working stations, each station is driven by motor gear box separately with stepless regulating speed.
Timing control, when working time reaches to preset polishing time, the machine will stop. Additionally, the machine can record the work efficiency of each shift with its tally function.
Variable pressure mechanism, there are the options of Upward pressure time, Downward pressure time and Deadweight time to process the work piece of different material and size.
PLC controlling, which it is flexible and reliable.
Auto controller of temperature measurement, excessing temperature will alarm and stop machine.
Touch screen setting, it is convenient to set working parameter, alarm information and state. Besides, the interface is friendly, the operation is easy, and the information is huge.
24V DC of control components, the safety of the machine is greatly raised.
Our company has modern production workshop, Complex efficient grinding Laboratory , Computer Design Studio , has a variety of testing instruments and equipment over 30 sets of experimental facilities , a variety of processing equipment over 60 sets .
