Specifications
An advanced CNC grinding machine for grinding cam profile of camshaft for automobile engines, internal combustion engines etc.Technical characters:
1. Adopts thehigh-speed spindle bearing (Patent No:ZL 2009 2 0063655.8), with static ant dynamicpressure of balancing, and the CBN grinding wheel to achieve the high-speedgrinding for camshaft at80--120 m/s.
2. UseHigh-precision high-rigidity direct-driving rectangular closed hydrostaticguideways (Patent No:CN201010228669.8), to eliminate thephenomenon of low-speed crawling.
3. The workpiecerotation axis adopts acceleration and deceleration control method (PatentNO:201010278922.0) (software copyright:2010SR004346), to improve the grinding accuracy.
4. Use diamond wheelonline for dressing CBN grinding wheel (Patents NO:201110247142.4) to improve the machining accuracy and efficiency.
5. Use large andsmall double wheel structure, to achieve convex, concave precision machining.
