Technical characters:
1.Computer automatic control of mechatronics machine tool with automatic cycle polishing function. It can polish different shape parts as long as change the computer program.
2.Single surface polishing machine with four working stations. The workpiece is fixed on the turntable’s tooling and fixture that is driven the workpiece rotating by a servo motor through planetary reduction gear reducer.
3.Main spindle of the polishing head is with high precision turning and small vibration.
4.Work turntable is set on the longitudinal moving table that is vertically assembled the horizontal moving table. Polishing complicated shape can be put into practice through the various motion trails that X and Y axis driving.
5.The machine body uses computer simulation and finite element design, adopts casting boxlike structure with good shock absorption and reliable rigidity and thermal stability.
Our company has modern production workshop, Complex efficient grinding Laboratory , Computer Design Studio , has a variety of testing instruments and equipment over 30 sets of experimental facilities , a variety of processing equipment over 60 sets .
1.Fumigated wooden packages with IPPC stamp.
