Q: What are your available sizes?
We have many sizes such as:
Diameter 134mm,163mm, 180mm, 220mm, 240mm, 300mm;
square 195mm, 295mm, 595mm, 620mm;
Rectangle: 595x295mm, 1195x195mm, 1195x295mm, 1195x595mm;
All the sizes are our standard sizes. And if you needed, we supply customization service to some extent.
Q: What is the type of your LED resources?
Our LED is 3014 for round panel, 4014 for square panel and 5050 for RGB. Different color
termperature for your option, 3000k, 40000k, 5000k, 6000k. The CRI is more than 80, and beam
angle is biger than 110°.The lighting efficiency of our panel light average 3% more than other suppliers.
Q: How is your warranty and how to apply?
We offer 3 years warranty for all the products. When light or driver meets problems, we request
our customer to send us pictures or videos for our analysis, and we send the customer a new
product, with this we all save time and money in freight to send back the goods.
Q: Does it easy to install and use?
Yes, it is very easy to use actually. You can install it by yourself in accordance with the manual.
There will be a manual in each led panel light box when you buy it. Look it carefully and install it
step by step according to the instructions.
Q: Do you have dimmable panel lights?
Yes, we have several types of dimmable LED panel lights, triac dimmable LED panel light,
0-10v dimmable LED panel light, 24VDC & CCT & RGB dimmable LED panel light with remote controller or DMX.
Q: What is the material of your LGP?
Our LGP is PMMA, and the thickness is 4mm,which are from ChiMei Optoelectronics Corp or Mitsubi shi Corporation.
Q: What is the material of your Aluminum back and diffuser plate?
Our Aluminum back is 6063, and the thickness is 0.6mm. We use PC diffuser, and the thickness is 1.5mm.
