Q: What is the type of your LED resources?
A: Our LED is 3014 for round panel,4014 for square panel and 5050 for RGB.Different color termperature for your option,3000k,40000k,5000k,6000k . The CRI is more than 80, and beam angle is biger than 110°.The lighting efficiency of our panel light average 3% more than other suppliers.
Q: What is the material of your LGP?
A: Our LGP is PMMA , and the thickness is 4mm ,which are from ChiMei Optoelectronics Corp or Mitsubi shi Corporation.
Q: What is the material of your Aluminum back and diffuser plate?
A: Our Aluminum back is 6063, and the thickness is 0.6mm.We use PC diffuser , and the thickness is 1.5mm.
Q: What are your available sizes?
A: We have many sizes such as

Q: Do you have dimmable panel lights?
A: Yes, we have several types of dimmable LED panel lights, triac dimmable LED panel light, 0-10v dimmable LED panel light, 24VDC & CCT & RGB dimmable LED panel light with remote controller or DMX.
Q: Does it easy to install and use?
A: Yes, it is very easy to use actually. You can install it by yourself in accordance with the manual. There will be a manual in each led panel light box when you buy it. Look it carefully and install it step by step according to the instructions.
Q: How is your warranty and how to apply?
A: We offer 3 years warranty for all the products. When light or driver meets problems, we request our customer to send us pictures or videos for our analysis, and we send the customer a new product, with this we all save time and money in freight to send back the goods.
Q: Do you accept OEM packing?
A: Yes, we accept OEM packing even if you just want 1 piece of panel light.
