Performance of this production line has reached the level of advanced lines overseas and even much better in some parts. It has characteristics of one time compounding, high capacity, good compatibility, high cost performance, easy operation and maintenance and stable technology.
There are 4 special and latest extruders which are suitable for all kinds of PE material, the output is high and stable.
Our latest technology which combined both 3-roller and 2-roller calender has advantages of good flatness and energy-saving. Roller surface has intermediate frequency quenching treatment and chrome-plating treatment to make the hardness to be HR55 and roughness Ra≤0.025pm. The driving gear box and controlled frequency converter are all reputed imported brand.
