Features:
7CF® rubber spray paint is a new type of rubber product, mixed up with high elastic polymer, additives, pigments and solvent. After spraying, the film air-dried in the mormal atmospheric temperature and quick drying, formed a excellent elastic film of solid. When it is not needed, can be removed a single piece of film. the spraying film is a more colorful, moisture- proof, anti-acid, anti corrosion, insulation and so on, it is widely used in all kinds of material surface,such as metal , plastic, wood, glass, stone, ceramic and so on.
Application: Metal, plastic, stone, china, machine, ornament, lamp, picture frame, concrete, desk, chair, plant pot, precision instrument, window, door.
1. Required tools: towel, playing cards, scissors, plastic film, tape.
2. Wash away dusts, dirt and rust on the car's hub surface.
3. Insert the playing cards into commissure between the tire and hub. Cover & protect the brake disc and parts with plastic film and tape.
4. Shake repeatedly the can for 1 to 2 minutes to make the content fully mixed.
5. Press the sprayer and spray in the distance of 10cm to 15cm from the surface.
6. After 15 to 20 minutes, the next layer can be sprayed, repeat 4 times for best results.
7. After 4th times, please wait for 30 minutes, and take the playing cards & plastic film apart between the tire & hub.
8. After 48 hours, the wheel can be carried out general cleaning but don't use organic solvent.
1. Clean surface thoroughly, removing all dirt, grease, oil, wax, rust, moisture, etc. Cover adjacent areas to protect from spray mist. Use at room temp.
2. Shake can vigorously for 1-2 minutes before spraying and occasionally while in use to ensure color uniformity and prevent clogging.
3. Hold the can 20-30cm from the surface to be sprayed, press spray button firmly with steady even strokes while moving can rapidly back and forth.
4. 2 to 3 films with 20-35μm thick are better. Intermittence of 5-10 minutes between each film is recommended.
5. Sunlight resistant varnish is recommended to improve the weather resistance of films when used outdoor. Special UV-resistant varnish can be produced to satisfy special demands of customers.
6. Avoid spraying in rainy day or freezing environment.
7.Dry to handle in 1 hour. Recoat within 1 hour or after 24 hours.
Precautions:
1.Keep in ventilated cool and dry places.
2.Do not clash, puncture, or incinerate the can.
3.Keep out of the reach of children.
4.If eye contact, immediately flush eye with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
5.If skin contact, flush skin with running water (and soap if available) and seek medical attention in the event of irritation.
