1:Are you factory o1r trading company
Of course we are factory ,our factory located in yongkang city zhejiang china .
2:Can customers order different colors and models in one order?
A:Surely yes.Mixed colors and models are acceptable.One 20GP we suggest 3- 4 models,one 40HQ we suggest 5-6 models.
3:What’s your policy for samples?
A:For small sample,we can offer for free.For completely doors ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation.But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order next time.
4:What’s your trade terms and payment term?
A:Our trade term is EXW,FOB,CFR ans CIF.Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before mass
production,the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L(L/C at sight is available).
5:What’s your special service?
A:Overseas installation service:After finish production,we will send customers production photos.If no problem,then customers pay the balance:After finish loading container,we will send loading
details and loading pictures for you reference .
6:Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A:Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check first,then we talk in details.If we
can’t make it ,we will inform customer.
7:How about your warranty?
A:Warranty is two- five years.
A:Our factory is in yongkang city,Zhejiang Province.The nearest airport is Yiwu airport.About one hour’s driving from Yiwu airport and 3 hour’s from Shanghai by fast train .Warmly welcome to visit us!
9:What’s your delivery port and delivery time?
A:Our delivery port is Ningbo or Shanghai port in China .Delivery time is 10-15 days after 30% deposit received.
