Galvanized gratings, and grille plate production, must carry on the antirust processing.(hot dip galvanized) and electric galvanized (cold galvanizing) two types. Hot dip galvanized standard: GB/T 13912-2002 steel galvanizing technology requirements and test methods; Cold galvanizing is not recommended because it’s pollution. Grid plate steel grid plate is an alias, with flat steel according to certain spacing and cross bar is arranged, and welded into the middle with square lattice is a kind of steel products, mainly used to do the ditch cover plate, steel flat pallet, steel ladder step plate, etc. After twisting of square steel commonly used rail as a kind of new material, new products are being increasingly widely used, the more superior performance and good price performance ratio shows its application prospect.

JF reply: There are diesel, gas and electricity(infrared lamp) heating.
Q2: Does the JF spray booth with the European design ?
JF reply: Our products are welcomed in Europe. All the spray booths are according to European standard with CE certificate.
Q3: What are range of the voltage and power for JF spray booth when operating?
JF reply: the standard voltage and power for our products is 220V 50HZ 1PH for lights (Residential voltage), 380V 50HZ 3PH for motors (Industrial voltage), we could modify the voltage to suitable for customer's local voltage.
Q4: For the customer-design spray booth for other workpieces, does JF could provide?
JF reply: Absolutely yes, JF has the professional team with 12 years of design experience. JF may design according to customers requirements of spray booth for car, bus, big iron workpieces, wooden furniture etc.
