1 Introduction
Model BZW-33M permanent magnet type vacuum circuit breaker adopted the peculiar permanent magnet mechanism and high reliable intelligent controller.
This breaker mainly operating in medium voltage overhead line, used to open or close loading current, overloading current, and short circuit current, moreover it can perform 0 ~ 3 cycles of reclosing operations.

The basic structure and principle of vacuum circuit breaker
BZW-33M vacuum circuit breaker mainly consists of the embedded poles, current transformer, permanent magnet actuator and case.
This breaker is of minimized type, and equipped with the emergent OPEN device of manually operated type.
CTs are optional as required by the users.
The control function for BZW-33M breaker is performed by the intelligent control unit.
The breaker can be closed or opened locally, or remotely through its communication port
The other information of the breaker can be transmitted to the control center through the signaling passage that may be cable, optical fiber, GPRS/CDMA, GSM and so on
The intelligent break controller installation closing to Vacuum circuit breaker.
It uses cable to connect between controller and breaker.
The power source for the intelligent break controller has mains power supply and the standby power, the mains power supply is AC or DC 220V, it come from the PT in high-tension line.
Battery provides the standby power source (installed in the controller box)
When main power supply for the controller, meanwhile it will charge the standby power source
In case that main power source is failed, standby power source will replace to operate and take effect not less than 48hours at full load.
BZW-33M has emergency manual opening handle, it can be use for emergency switching-off when the intelligent controller or power source is failed.
