WQ-861 Car parking system for both occasional parker and registered parker

For a occasional parker, when he comes to entry, he himself presses a button to take a proximity card from entry controller, after thatthe entry barriers auotmatcilly opens and he enters, when he exit where a manual-pay-station is installed nearby, he gives his card to the guard, and the guard read the card into a card reader, parking amount will be shown on the computer, then the parker pay cash and then barrier open and he leaves.

For a registered parker, he swipes this registered proximity card onto entry controller, the entry barrier will automatically open and he enters, the same will happen at exit.

The system can be achieved by fixed card reader and temporary card two ways

Fixed User open railing barrier by fixed card swiping,
