Cost analysis : the thickness of the uv liquid can be adjusted , normally it’s 3-5g/m2 and it can be diluted by alcohol.One kilogram of uv liquid can coat an area of 300 m2 pictures,which means that the actual cost is 0.3 RMB /m2 to 0.5 RMB/m2, If cold lamination, the prime cost is 7.5RMB/m2,the prime cost for inkjet printer machine is 3-5RMB/m2,hence buying a uv coating machine is a machine that earns money.
