Q:What’s the warranty of the products?

A:For all our loaders, we offer one year or 1000 working hours warranty whichever comes first. And most important, within warranty, we’ll offer relative parts for free by airway or express post, customers can receive the parts within 4~6 days.

1.For the new machine, within determined limits, the manufacture guarantees for a period of 12 months after bought or 1000 working hours(whichever comes first).

2.The warranty includes repairation or replace the parts for free which were proved to be defective in origin by the technical department of the manufacture.

3.The repairation or replacement for the parts should not exceed the warranty period.

4.The warranty is valid on the condition of all the terms listed in the contract was observed.
