Material: 100% virgin MMA
Thickness: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8,10,15,20, 30, 50mm
Color: transparent, white, opal, black, red, green, blue, yellow, etc. We can produce any colors as your requirements.
General Cast Acrylic Sheet Characters:
1) High transmittance up to 93%;
2) Light weight: less than half as heavy as glass;
3) Excellent weather resistance to against discoloration and deformation;
4) Exceptional impact resistance: 7-16 times greater impact resistance than glass;
5) Excellent chemical and mechanical resistance: resistance to acid and alkali;
6) Ease of Fabrication: Acrylic sheet can be s painted, silk-screened, vacuum-coated, and also can be sawed, drilled, and machined to form almost any shape when heated to a pliable state.

- Luminous transmittance: 93.6%, ASTM D1003-11.
- Shore hardness: 82, ASTM D2240-05(2010)
- Long-time lasting, Anti-UV, color fades less than 20% in 5 years outdoor use.
- Insulated, non-toxic, chemical endurability good.
- Highly glossy, bright, easy clean.
- Easy to moulding, easily processed, anti-wallop.
- Good at vacuum forming, engraving, silk-screen printing, polishing, processing, etc.
