I. Warranty Period:

All HIEN products are subject to one year warranty from the date on the invoice. During this period, any belongs to under normal circumstance cause because of the production quality’s problem of breakdown. HIEN will be responsible for the free maintain. 

II. Warranty instruction:

----Presenting the purchasing invoice to HIEN

----HIEN will verify and file

----The clients return the broken ones 

----HIEN check the problems 

----HIEN will replace you the new ones as the manufacturing quality problems(HIEN hold the warranty service if the problems caused by the Warranty Voidance terms below.)      

III. Warranty Voidance:

Pls kindly note that 1 year warranty is not unconditional. The problems caused by below condition is not under the warranty service, but not limited to:

Any artificial assemble, install, modification, wrong operation which is not permitted by HIEN.

Any damages unrelated to manufacturing defects, such as: Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, etc., or failure to follow instructions released by HIEN;

Product damage during transportation;

HIEN reserves the right to identify the problems and fulfill the warranty policy.
