UHMWPE dewatering elements(suction box cover)
XINXING UHMWPE suction box covers and blades are made of UHMW-PE material.
UHMW-PE dewatering element is known for its high dry-film lubricant content. This produces an extremely smooth surface, most importantly resulting in a low friction coefficient a low level of adhesion. No adhesion excellent chemical resistance.

Assembly
UHMWPE dewatering elements for paper machines have a high level of thermal expansion. They must therefore be installed in such a way that enables the strips or covers to expand without restriction (T-bars, corner strips, dovetail guides, screws in elongated holes). This support must extend to the underside of the cover to ensure it has a flat installation surface.

The suction flat box face board fit with the felt or net. On the other handof the box connect with the vacuum pump. When the vacuum pump working,the box produce negative pressure and suck the moisture of the felt or net.
Suction flat box is composed by the face board, box and adjustment device.Face board can choose full ceramic panel and polymer panel according to the customers requirements.
Both ends of panel are equipped with adjustments parts,it can adjust the width of suction water.
The box and adjustment device are made by the stainless steel welded.
