Q: Can you give me a discount price?
A: The discount for pe ground mat is depending on the quantity. The bigger the quality is, the heavier discount you enjoy.
Q: How can I get a sample for pe ground mat?
A: Normally small samples (sizes not larger than 150*150mm) can be sent for free ,only freight collect. For bigger sizes, it varies.
Q: How can you guarantee the quality of mass production is same with the sample for pe ground mat sent to me before?
A: Our warehouse staff will keep another same sample in our company,and production will be based on the sample.
Q: How can you deal with quality issues with customers' feedback ?
A: We will take the following steps to solve quality issues.
1) Customers send us the photos of defective goods ,our sales staff then forward them to our QC and PD to confirm.
2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain the cause and take corrective actions in coming orders.
3) At last, we will negotiate with our customers to make certain compensation.
