Usage
Curcuma Longa Extract can be used as food additive, which can give food bright yellow color.
Curcuma Longa Extract can be used in the coloring of pastry, candy, cakes, condiment, pickle, essence of chicken and puffed food.
The rufous liquid color is soluble in water, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol.
At pH 2.0-7.0, the color is yellow and stable;At pH above 7.0, it is salmon pink or rufous.
