1.What is FR-4 Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet?
A. FR-4 Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet :
- FR-4 (or FR4) is a grade designation assigned to glass-reinforced epoxy laminate sheets, tubes, rods and printed circuit boards (PCB). FR4 is a composite material composed of woven fiberglass cloth with an epoxy resin binder that is flame resistant (self-extinguishing).
- "FR" stands for flame retardant, and denotes that safety of flammability of FR4 is in compliance with the standard UL94V-0. FR-4 is created from the constituent materials (epoxy resin, woven glass fabric reinforcement, brominated flame retardant, etc.) by NEMA in 1968.
- FR-4 Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet is a popular and versatile high-pressure thermoset plastic laminate grade with good strength to weight ratios. With near zero water absorption, FR-4is most commonly used as an electrical insulator possessing considerable mechanical strength. The material is known to retain its high mechanical values and electrical insulating qualities in both dry and humid conditions. These attributes, along with good fabrication characteristics, lend utility to this grade for a wide variety of electrical and mechanical applications.

3. Q: What type of cutting services are available ?
A: Here is a great way to save time, we can cut any of our standard items into your custom sizes using our on-site cutting facilities. We have various levels of service depending on the quantity required. All you need to do is choose your material and then go to "Cutting Service" to choose the level of service you require. We provide loose cut of any sizes, rollers, fabrications, profiles and moulding to suit your needs. Where special sizes or shapes are required by our customers, we are able to customize these products according to individual requirements.
4. Q: What's the MOQ of our product ?
A:Normally,the MOQ is 500kg,however the sample signle is also accepable.
5. Q: Which would be the best plastics for UV resistance?
A: Most plastics are affected by UV although PTFE provides very good resistance. In other materials, Black offers a reasonable protection option.
6. Q: Which are the best wear resistant plastics?
A: Engineering plastics are exceptionally good at wear and abrasion resistance, UHMWPE and Nylon are particularly good.
