I. Usage:
The SP-700/1200 Automatic Hi-speed Vacuum Forming Machine is suitable for processing those reeling sheets including PVC, HIPS, PSP, PP, PET, PP etc. Under various specifications, it can be used for the forming of disposable fast-food containers, instant noodle bowls, western dinner plates, food coverings (such as sugar boxes, cake boxes and etc), articles of daily use, hardware coverings, children's toys and trays for raising seedlings of rice, vegetables and other plantations.

Breifly Introduction |
1.The facultative adjustment sheet width between 510-740 mm. |
2.Motor to feeding sheet, the error less than 3mm, length of sheet can adjusted expediently on man-machine touch screen. | |
3.Tremor to eject from mould, the frequency adjustable between 0-20 times. Adjustable swing, ejecting from mould by inverted blowing to make the good quality of products. | |
4.Assemble with the mould plate. Can be chose by customer’s request. | |
5.PLC control system control whole process. Twice vacuum, twice up mould. | |
6.To avoid over-temperature when feeding for the first time. It is effectively to reduce waste by manual sheeting seeding in advance. | |
